Tim Haines

Tim is a native of Ft. Lauderdale and a 1972 graduate of Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. He brings added value to his mortgage clients with his vast knowledge of the real estate business gained over a 22-year career as a Real Estate broker. Now, fully committed to the mortgage business, Tim takes pride in building relationships that lead to other referral business.

Tim's mission is to take the mystery out of mortgage financing by educating and involving the client throughout the process. Because of Tim's previous business experience he works well with first time borrowers as well as the most sophisticated financing scenarios of more experienced borrowers.
